All photos in this gallery may be freely used by you provided that each photograph used is accompanied by a link to the site from which it originated. Most sites (but not all) will allow you to use their photos if you explain how you want to use them. I am hopeful that this library will eventually reduce the need for the slow process of obtaining permissions to use.
If you can get the photos you want you can build a better site. Equally, the site that contributes photographs benefits by having a link from you (if you open a new window, you don't lose the visitor).

1.The text "sarracenia.com" that appears on my images (Example) may not be cropped, removed, or otherwise defaced. If you modify an image so the text is obscured, you must credit sarracenia.com using the method described in the next guideline.
2.Not all the images on my site include the "sarracenia.com" text. (This is especially the case on my thumbnails: Example) If you use such an image on your page, you must include on the same page the following text:
"Some of the images on this page are used by permission of sarracenia.com".
3.You can use no more than twenty graphical elements from www.sarracenia.com on your entire web site.
4.If anyone asks you if they can use my images on their site, direct them to my domain so they can read these rules for themselves.
5.Images may only be used by private persons or carnivorous plant societies for informative web sites. Sites related to businesses, non-profit organizations, or the media, may have to negotiate for image use. That especially applies to people grabbing my images for unauthorized eBay use!
